3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email or phone.
• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are provided as estimates until a final inspection of the vehicle is completed.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Deposits may be required for certain services or special orders.

5. Warranty

Our warranty terms vary by service and product:

• Paint Protection Film: Manufacturer warranty coverage as specified by 3M or the applicable product manufacturer.
• Window Tinting: Warranty against bubbling, peeling, and fading under normal conditions.
• Color Change Wraps: Warranty terms based on the specific product used.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, or modifications made after installation.

6. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles should be clean upon arrival for service. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive cleaning required before installation. Pre-existing damage will be documented before service begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoArtisan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Care Instructions

Proper care is essential for maintaining your vehicle protection. We provide care instructions for all services. Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage.
